Refund returns
Super express provides one-stop destination for all things automotive.This refund agreement applies to all products and services ordered through our company’s website, email, or telephone channels (where applicable), and is governed by Hong Kong law.
- General principle: The company reserves the right to ultimately accept or reject refunds, as well as to arrange for delivery, installation, or consulting services.
All refund arrangements are subject to the actual situation, our internal policies, and the requirements of our suppliers.
- Product return and refund conditions: You may apply for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Quality issue of goods: The product is obviously defective, damaged, or does not match the ordered model or specifications.
Incorrect or wrongly delivered goods: The company has shipped products that do not match the order information.
The product is unused and its packaging remains intact: it has not been installed, cut, welded, or subjected to any processing, and its original packaging and all accessories are retained.
The order number and proof of purchase have been provided: such as invoices, order confirmation emails, or receipts.
The situations where refunds or returns are not applicable include:
Specially made, customized products, metal materials, steel frames, railings, etc., that are pre-cut or processed according to the order size.
Products that have been installed or processed by the customer themselves.
Returns requested due to customer calculation errors, design changes, or changes in on-site conditions.
The product was damaged during transportation due to improper handling by the customer or a third party.
- Return process and deadline: Customers must notify the company of their request for return or refund within 7 days after receiving the goods (by email or phone).
Customers are required to provide: order number, photos of the faulty product, reason for return, and desired handling method (refund or replacement).
Our company will respond within 3-5 working days upon receipt of the notification and photos, and decide whether to accept the return or exchange based on the situation.
If our company agrees to a return, the customer must return the product to our warehouse within the designated timeframe.
Under normal circumstances, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. However, if the mistake is made by our company or there is a product quality issue, our company will bear the actual return shipping cost as appropriate.
- Refund processing method and time: The refund amount generally only includes the selling price of the product itself, excluding original shipping fees, installation fees, consulting service fees, or other additional fees, unless it is due to our company’s negligence or otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method (such as credit card, bank transfer, or third-party payment platform). The processing time depends on the policies of the bank or payment platform and is generally 7-14 business days.
If the customer chooses to exchange the product, they can select a product of equal or higher value, and the difference in price shall be paid by the customer.
- Refunds for consulting and service items, such as building material consultation, on-site inspection, or technical consulting services, are generally non-refundable unless the company fails to fulfill its contractual commitments or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
For engineering projects that have already entered into contracts or signed purchase orders, the cancellation or modification of the project will be handled in accordance with the contract terms, and may involve administrative costs or compensation for losses.
- SERVICE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION If you have a dispute over the decision to return or refund, you may submit a written statement to our company, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
In case of any other disputes, the Company and you agree to prioritize resolving them through negotiation; if negotiation fails, Hong Kong law and the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts shall apply.
